Hey everyone,

I wanted to share something with you all that I think you’ll appreciate. I’m a filmmaker currently crowdfunding for my folk horror short, Dissonance, which dives into the eerie history of a legendary countryside recording studio. While not directly about Headley Grange, the film takes heavy inspiration from its myths - iconic albums forged in isolation, the weight of creative genius, and the strange energy of these spaces where music history was made.

Dissonance follows Salomé, the orphan of a rock icon, as she records at a secluded studio with a dark past. As she works on her new album, she becomes entangled in a conspiracy that links her to her mother’s fatal time there in the late ‘70s. Think Don’t Look Now meets The Wicker Man, but with the ghost of classic rock lingering in every frame.

If you love the mystery surrounding places like Headley Grange -where Zeppelin laid down IV and Physical Graffiti, surrounded by isolation, folklore, and the unpredictable magic of creativity -then you’ll dig this. I’d love for you to check out our crowdfunding campaign to help bring this project to life.

Thanks for reading, and keep the legend alive. 🤘
