ive heard it before but cant remember who the song, I know its a rock song but cant remember who it is or if its classic rock what type. it sounds exactly the drum parts in this video.

That is just a drum beat mate, could be from anything. it sounds 80's electronic but without guitars, a melody or singing?

i heard the song before and the song has a little intro where the group or person sings a little or something like that. then the beat drops like those drums in the video.
